开槽盘头螺钉是根据槽型和头型来区分螺钉的一个种类,这个概念涵盖的内容比较广泛,因为根据螺钉即可有好多种分类,简单的分类概括一下,螺钉有常说的普通螺钉(尖尾的),和机螺钉(有时叫螺栓,尾部是平的)。这两种都有开槽盘头这类型的。

开槽盘头螺钉,从字面上就可以理解该产品,就是槽型是一字槽的,此种槽型比常用的十字槽要少一个铣槽的工艺,成本相对十字槽的而言,也略低一些。盘头是相对于沉头而言,一般适用于德标的较多。目前市场上用的比较多的开槽盘头的螺钉有:航标开槽盘头自攻钉,航标开槽盘头木螺钉,开槽盘头机螺钉3,4,5系列的。

开槽盘头螺钉尺寸国标要求是GB/T 67-2008的, 各类主要技术要求为:材质要求有铁的和不锈钢的,铁的有低,中,开槽盘头螺钉的材质有不锈钢201,不锈钢304和不锈钢316等的。螺纹公差为6G的,铁的开槽盘头螺钉机械性能等级有4.8级和8.8级的,4.8级组合螺钉是普通的钢,允许大硬度为255HV.而8.8级开槽盘头螺钉一般是用线材10B21墩打出来的,后经过加硬处理,加硬处理之后在除氢。除氢是为了防止组合螺钉里的弹垫氢脆。防止弹垫断掉。组合螺钉的公差等级为A。十字槽选用H形的。开槽盘头螺钉的表面处理有环保与非环保的。特如,环保兰锌,环保彩锌,黑锌,彩锌,白镍等等。组合螺钉对弹平垫的技术要求是垫圈应能自动转动而不脱落。
